When did you start playing drums?

When I was 17 Years Old

What's your favorite aspect of music or your instrument?

The power and energy that the instrument has, also how cool it is.

Who are some of your favorite bands/musicians and why?

Led Zeppelin, Motley Crue, Guns and Roses, Aerosmith, Black Sabbath, James Brown, Clifford Brown, Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock. I like them because of the energy and their performances.

What are some of your current and/or past music projects?

Capital Fire is my Rock Band, Pura Bulla is my Jazz Project. I have performed with a variety of Artists from all different music genres.

How would you describe your music and playing style?

Groovy, energetic and solid.

Can you please describe your gear of choice?

I like big drumsets with many toms and cymbals. I like Sonor, Pearl and Gretsch. I like Sabian Cymbals and Bosphorus Cymbals.

Any general advice you'd like to give to beginner musicians or someone looking to get started?

Play drums should be fun, there is no limit age, you can accomplish whatever you want with discipline and perseverance.

Aside from playing/making music, what are some of your other interests and hobbies?

I like to read, go to the gym, play chess and cook.

If you were battling a physically identical but evil android version of yourself on top of a skyscraper during a thunderstorm and someone miraculously intervened, how would they know which one was the real you?

The evil android wouldn't know how to play paradiddles.
